Professor Zhang Tao, the leader of Financial Management teaching team ,outstanding-contribution young expert of Shandong Province ,prominent teacher in Shandong province ,and postgraduate supervisor. The Financial Management teaching team mainly consists of over 20 people including 7 professors and 12associate professors; 10 teachers have doctors degree,3 teachers master's degree while 5 are doctoral candidates. Professor Liu Xingyun,major member of the team,National Outstanding Teacher, and cross-century academic leader of the Ministry of Finance;Professor Zhu Desheng,Outstanding Teacher by the Ministry of Finance, and Excellent Teacher in Shandong University of Finance and Economics; Professor Jiang Hongli,Teaching Master-hand of the University. Team member Ye Fei, Du Ning and many other backbone teachers are all winners of "Shandong Mobile"Teaching Award,"Shandong Securities"Teaching Award and other teaching honors. With Zhang Tao, LiuXingyun, Zhu Desheng, Song Xiliang, Jiang Hongli, Liu Huiping and Song Tao being academic leaders or academic backbones, this team commits itself to disciplinary construction, professional construction, curricular construction,teaching material construction, teaching research and other aspects, and it has made remarkable achievements.

In 2000,Financial Management was established as the Provincial Characteristic Specialty of Shandong province. Enterprise Financial Management (2004), Financial Management (2006) and Corporate Finance course group(2013) have become provincial-level excellent curricula (group).Intermediate Financial Management (2007) and Elementary Financial Management (2008) were established as the University-level excellent courses. The textbook of Finance Management, in 2011, won the first prize of excellent course book in Shandong province; while in2014, it gloriously became the "Twelfth Five-Year" national planning textbooks of undergraduates for general higher education by Ministry of Education. Also, Intermediate Financial Management is the "Eleventh Five-Year" national planning textbook of general higher education. Fundamentals of Financial Management published in 2010,was the unified planning textbook of the Ministry of Finance; and Fundamentals of Corporate Finance (2008) won the second prize of excellent teaching textbook in Shandong province. Among three teaching research achivements, two of them won the first prize and another one the second prize of Shandong Provincial Teaching Achievement Award.

In the next 10 years, the teaching faculty of Financial Management will make great efforts to build a team of famous scholars and teachers with spirits of practice, innovation and dedication, in order to form a prominent teaching group; a group full of social responsibility and professional sense of mission, a group with all-around professional ability and higher development potential, a group which is innovative, open and international.
